Step 1: Register an Online Account
Visit: https://buyer.cantonfair.org.cn/register/index
Click on “Overseas Buyer Registration” to create your account.
Step 2: Fill Out Personal Information
Once your account is created, fill out all personal details, including passport information, and upload the required documents.
You will need to upload a passport-style photo. You can take one using your phone — just make sure the background is white, and your face is clear and meets standard ID photo requirements.

Step 3: Complete Company Information
After entering your personal details, click “Create Company” and provide your business information.
If you don’t have a company, you can fill in your own name as a sole proprietor.
You can use a Gmail address for company email registration.
Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required; others can be skipped.
Step 4: Pre-Register for Buyer Badge
Once your personal and company profiles are created, proceed to pre-register for your buyer badge:
Go to “My Buyer Badge” > “Pre-registration”, then scroll down and click “Pre-registration” again.
For account role, select “Administrator”.
For badge status, choose “Not Applied”, then click “Search.”
Your name or company name should now appear in the list. Check the box next to your name, choose your badge pickup location, and submit.
Step 5: Obtain the Invitation Letter
After completing the registration, the organizers will review your documents. Once approved, click “View” on the platform to access your Invitation Letter — an essential document for applying for your China visa.
You can download and print the PDF version of the invitation letter to submit with your visa application.
Make sure the name on your registration matches your passport exactly.
