• Visit China Visa Center order number or payment confirmation

• Visa application pre-approval confirmation page, which must display the applicant’s name, barcode, and the “Additional reminder from Consulate” message. We will provide screenshot sample when you place order.

Step 2: Use a Reliable Courier Service

• Recommended services: FedEx (Federal Express) or UPS (United Parcel Service). You may select: FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx Express 2nd Day, or UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.

• Please try to avoid using: USPS (United States Postal Service) to prevent delays in your application.

Step 3: Notify Us After Shipping
After mailing your package, please be sure to email us the tracking number so we can look out for and receive your passport.
