Can Big D Residents Mail A Visa Directly To China Consulate office ?
No. The China consulate office does not accept direct mail-in visa applications.
The current process requires the applicant or an authorized agent to submit the physical passport and required documents in person after the online application receives pre-review approval.

- Travel to consulate office city and submit the application personally.
