No. Oregon residents cannot mail a visa application directly to the San Francisco consulate office.
The San Francisco consulate requires the original passport and physical documents to be submitted by the applicant or an authorized person. The consulate does not provide direct mail service for individual visa applications.
Oregon residents have two options:
- Travel to San Francisco and submit the application personally.
