3. All-Inclusive Visa Service
Our All-Inclusive Visa Service may include assistance with the China visa application process, document preparation or review, application submission, passport handling, and government visa fees, as specifically described on the applicable product page.
The services included in the All-Inclusive package may vary by visa type, applicant, consular jurisdiction, and product selected.
Customers should review the specific product description before placing an order.
4. Courier / Submit-Only Service
Our Courier / Submit-Only Service is intended primarily for customers who have completed the required online China visa application process and have the necessary application or approval documentation required for passport submission.
Depending on the applicable service, Visit China Visa Center may:
- Receive the customer’s passport and documents;
- Review documents for basic submission requirements;
- Submit the passport and required materials to the applicable Chinese embassy, consulate, or visa processing authority;
- Pick up the passport after processing;
- Arrange return shipping to the customer.
Courier / Submit-Only Service is not the same as our All-Inclusive Visa Service.
Unless specifically stated on the applicable product page, Courier / Submit-Only Service does not include completing the customer’s entire visa application, guaranteeing the accuracy of information entered by the customer, or guaranteeing visa approval.
Customers who select Submit-Only Service are responsible for completing their application accurately and providing all required documents.
5. Customer Responsibility for Submit-Only Applications
For Courier / Submit-Only Service, the customer is responsible for:
- Completing the online visa application;
- Providing accurate personal and passport information;
- Selecting the appropriate visa type;
- Selecting the appropriate consulate office;
- Providing accurate travel information;
- Uploading or submitting required documents;
- Providing acceptable photographs;
- Obtaining required invitation letters or supporting documents if applicable;
- Following applicable government instructions;
- Completing any required online pre-approval process;
- Providing the required passport and documents to Visit China Visa Center.
Visit China Visa Center may identify obvious missing or incomplete items, but we do not guarantee that a customer-completed application will satisfy all government requirements.
6. Visa Decisions
Visit China Visa Center does not issue, approve, or deny Chinese visas.
The final decision regarding any visa application is made by the applicable Chinese embassy, consulate, or government authority.
No service purchased from Visit China Visa Center guarantees visa approval.
A government authority may approve, deny, delay, or request additional information or documentation.
7. Processing Times
Processing times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Processing may be affected by:

If a government fee is included in the All-Inclusive Service, the inclusion will be stated on the applicable product page.
Government fees for Chinese visa may be refundable if the you didn’t get Chinese visa.
10. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
Visit China Visa Center is not responsible for delays, rejection, additional review, or other consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer.
11. Shipping and Courier Services
We may use FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other third-party carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Once a package has been transferred to a third-party carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s policies and operating conditions.
Visit China Visa Center does not guarantee delivery times controlled by third-party carriers.
12. Payments and Refunds
Payment is required according to the terms displayed at checkout.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and the terms of the applicable product purchased.
