1. Program Description
By opting into Visit China Visa Center text messaging, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and transnational text messages (e.g., cart reminders, order updates). Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other digital technology to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us, but you can generally expect to receive up to 3 messages per month.
3. Cost & Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your text messaging plan. Visit China Visa Center does not charge any premium fees for this service, but standard text messaging rates from your mobile provider still apply.
4. Opt-Out & Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 8883388055. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START or JOIN to resubscribe.

6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile network delivery is subject to transmission capacity and network coverage restrictions out of our control.
7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to these SMS Terms will be governed by the laws of Washington DC, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through individual, binding arbitration rather than in court, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile opt-in data and text messaging consent are strictly confidential and used solely to provide you with visa application updates, status alerts, and support related to our services.
